Now that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and iPhone 2019 are out of the way, the internet is hooked to Samsung’s upcoming flagship, the Galaxy S11. Since last month, several leaks regarding the smartphone have surfaced on the internet, including some from well-reputed and prominent leakers.

The most recent news is courtesy of iceuniverse, whose leaks almost always turn out to be true. Previously, it was reported that the smartphone will sport a 108 MP camera sensor designed in collaboration with the Chinese tech giant, Xiaomi. It is the same sensor that will be debuted by the Xiaomi CC9 Pro tomorrow.

However, according to the leakster, the Galaxy S11 will come with a ‘New’ 108 MP sensor.

The word ‘New’ could mean so many things, it could even refer to non-lens related tweaks. However, most speculations hint at a change in the image processing algorithm or the addition of a brighter lens.

Based on previous leaks and rumors, the upcoming flagship is expected to feature the Snapdragon 865/Exynos 9830 SoC accompanied by 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512 GB onboard storage. It will also have support for 5G, however, it is unclear whether we will see a cheaper 4G LTE variant or not.
