Vivo X60 series was launched with the Exynos 1080 chip in China and the Snapdragon 870 in the global market. Now that the Vivo X70 series is expected to arrive next month, a leaker has claimed that it will feature different chipsets for different markets once again.
Vivo X70 and X70 Pro are said to feature the Dimensity 1200 in the international market and Exynos 1080 once again in China. According to a recent report, the two phones have model numbers V2104 and V2015 respectively, and are headed to the global market soon.
As per their Geekbench listing, the X70 and X70 Pro will feature up to 12GB RAM and will boot Android 11. They will feature a Sony IMX766 primary camera and 44W fast charging.
A previous report mentioned that the Vivo X70 will sport a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. There will be a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and the Vivo X70 Pro will have the same display.
It is likely that the X70 Pro will have almost the same specifications, but will have a better camera setup. It may feature micro-gimbal stabilization while the vanilla model could have standard OIS.
There is no word on a launch date yet but we expect to hear more over the upcoming weeks.
