Just a day ahead of the Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung has teased the upcoming Galaxy S21 FE. The device was shown in an Instagram post from Samsung alongside the Galaxy Buds Pro earphones and the Galaxy Book laptop.
The Instagram post has now been removed by Samsung, which is another hint that it is the real deal.
It is worth mentioning that Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is, in fact, not expected to launch at the Galaxy Unpacked event due to delays caused by supply constraints. It is said to launch all the way in October instead.
According to rumors, the device will sport a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1080p resolution. It will be powered by the Exynos 2100 or the Snapdragon 888 depending on the region. There will be a 4,500 mAh battery onboard with support for super-fast charging.
It is also possible that the device in the ad is only a Galaxy S21 with a different paint job, but since the post was deleted soon after, it is likely a legitimate leak.
That being said, Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is expected to look exactly like the Galaxy S21 and is not to be confused with the other.
