Over the past few years, the focus of most smartphone manufacturers has shifted to adding top-notch cameras to their devices. At a point like this, the rugged smartphone brand Ulefone is trying to shake things up a little.
The company has just announced a new device for its power series. As the name suggests, the series consists of devices backed by massive batteries. In the announcement, the company disclosed that it is working on a handset with a monstrous 13200mAh battery.
So far Ulefone has released multiple iterations of the Power Series including the Power, Power 2, Power 3, and the Power 5S which was launched a couple of years ago in the market.
This new smartphone will be a boon for frequent travelers. With a huge 13200 mAh, the phone will provide a battery life three or four times higher than the average smartphone. However, it greatly depends on battery optimization and the hardware used.
As far as the launch date of the new phone is concerned, Ulefone has not revealed anything. Moreover, the company has not proposed a name for the smartphone either but we are guessing that it will be called the Power 6.
More details will be revealed soon.
