Alongside its X7 Max 5G smartphone, Realme has also launched its 4K smart TV in India. The television is available in two sizes – 43-inch and 50-inch with identical specifications.
Design and Display
Both variants of the Realme Smart TV come with an LED-backlit LCD panel featuring 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution, 1.07 billion colors, 16:9 aspect ratio, and 178° viewing angle.
In addition to this, the display supports 90% DCI-P3 color gamut, 83% NTSC color gamut, and Dolby Vision. The TV also comes with TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light mode and Realme’s proprietary Chroma Boost color profile.
Internals
The Smart TV is powered by a MediaTek chipset consisting of 4 x ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores and ARM Mali G52 GPU. The chipset is coupled with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage.
The software front is handled by Android TV 10 with support for all the leading streaming apps, Chromecast Built-in, and Google Assistant.
Moving on to the audio, the device packs 4-unit 24W speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS Surround Sound. It also comes with four built-in microphones for hands-free voice control.
In terms of connectivity, it offers dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, 3 x HDMI ports, 2 x USB ports, 1 x AV port, 1 x Tuner, 1 x optical, and Ethernet.
