Xiaomi has silently unveiled its new Mi Notebook Pro 15.6 Enhanced Edition (2019). Just like the previously launched Mi Notebook Air 2019, this laptop also comes with marginal upgrades over its predecessor. Most of the changes are made under the hood.
The laptop has been launched in China and there is no word about its global availability. It will go on sale on 1st of November in China and will retail at CNY 6,999 for the maxed-out variant.
Design and Display
Just like its predecessor, the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro Enhanced Edition comes with a dark grey metallic body. It has thick bezels and is built around a 15.6-inch full-HD+ (1080p) display and 100 percent sRGB high color gamut, unlike its predecessor that came with 72% NTSC.
Internal and Storage
Under the hood, the laptop is powered by 10th Generation Intel Core i7-10510U SoC topped with 2666mhz RAM and Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU. It comes in different memory variants with RAM up to 16 GB and in-built storage up to 1 TB.
For connectivity, it features one USB 2.0 port, two USB 3.0 ports, headphone jack, 3-in-1 card reader, HDMI interface and Ethernet port.
The keyboard is backlit, and the battery included supports 60W fast charging. The top bezel of the display also houses a 1-megapixel camera with 720p video call support.
On the software front, the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro Enhanced Edition runs on Microsoft Windows 10 out of the box.
