Tipster Digital Chat Station has been on a roll with smartphone leaks recently. His latest report reveals that Oppo plans to use two of Sony’s new IMX766 sensors in its next flagship phone.

According to his report, Oppo will be working with American camera maker Kodak for its next flagship device. This mysterious flagship phone will pay tribute to the classic Kodak camera design as shown in the picture below.
As mentioned earlier, the Sony IMX766 50MP, 1/1.5″ sensor will be at the heart of this phone’s camera setup. It will have an equally large sensor behind the ultrawide camera, just like the Oppo Find X3 Pro. The telephoto camera will be a 13MP shooter with 2x zoom and it will seemingly be carried over from the Oppo Find X3 Pro.
Given all this info, we can assume that most of the camera setup will be like the Oppo Find X3 Pro, meaning that we can also expect similar camera performance. However, there is also going to be Kodak’s optimization involved which will hopefully improve the results even further.
There are no other details about Oppo’s upcoming flagship at the moment, but we suspect that more information will surface soon.
